That’s 2 challenges.  Ambitious, huh?  🙂

I’m starting off at 150lbs, per my (probably inaccurate) scale this morning.  I’ll take my measurements here in a bit, because the tape measure’s really where it’s at.

What I have to do today:  Work out, take my Chantix, take my vitamins, eat 5 small meals minimum, and avoid alcohol.

This week, I’d like to try and be up at 6.30am every day at the latest, working out by 7, and working by 8.  I’m going to have to work out every day, it’s the only way I can begin – skip one day, too easy to skip the next.  I’d like to be able to hit the gym each morning, but that adds time.  May have to do tread mill and weights at home, at least in the beginning – I hate working out in the evenings, and the gym is packed in the afternoons!

My goal is to get healthy and fit.  Quit smoking, and take care of myself.
