5 days of no working out, was at the cabin with family. No room, stresses, blah.
Too tired. Finally tried to work out today and Mike sabotaged me halfway through, but probably saved me as I think I’ll still be sore tomorrow.
Gym closed for the week.
Lost a couple pounds, half inch off the waste, and off each thigh.
