Despite my slacker ways, I’ve lost around 1/2 to 3/4 inch off my hips/belly!
I thought of a theme for (what’s left) of this week: EVERY DAY.
Some kind of workout, every day, NO MATTER WHAT. Even my free day. Good thing, too – hopped on the treadmill far later than I normally would, around 2.30 or so, and I just don’t have the same energy that I do in the morning. After fumbling around for the first two cups of coffee, I’m like a bullet out of a gun.
Not so much at 2.30 in the afternoon. And I’m still a bit sore from yesterday’s cut off 30 Day Shred (DAMN YOU Jillian Michaels!), so I only made it 14 minutes.
